Each day holds new challenges, whether it’s chasing big combos, powering through intense Box and Combat sessions, or earning those hauntingly high Move Points. With special appearances from your favorite coaches and plenty of variety, these workouts are designed to keep your fitness goals alive (and yes… ghosts are welcome too 👻✨). October 1

  • Complete 2 Box workouts back-to-back

  • Complete one class 5-min or longer

October 2

  • Achieve a silver medal or higher in any workout

  • Complete 1 workout today

October 3

  • Complete one HIIT class 5-min or longer

  • Complete one workout led by Coach Sarah

October 4

  • Get a streak over 300 in a Box workout

  • Workout today for 7 minutes or more

October 5

  • Complete a Box, then a HIIT workout back-to-back

  • Complete 1 workout today

October 6

  • Hit over 98% of targets in a Combat workout

  • Complete one class 6-min or longer

October 7

  • Complete a Box, then a HIIT workout back-to-back

  • Workout today for 8 minutes or more

October 8

  • Earn 6,000 Move Points in one or more workouts

  • Complete one workout led by Coach Billy

October 9

  • Complete a HIIT, then a Combat workout back-to-back

  • Complete one class 5-min or longer

  • Hit over 95% of targets in a Combat workout
