While League placements reset at the start of every month, Profile Levels don't. Think of them as two sides of the same coin: Leagues measure your monthly ranking, Profile Levels track your progress within FitXR as a whole. They're based on the total Move Points (MP) you've earned across all your workouts, and reflect your full history with us, not just recent activity.
There are 101 levels split into 10 tiers, from Starter to Olympian. Each tier contains 10 sub-levels (I through X), and the amount of MP required to level up increases as you climb. Within a tier, the gap between levels stays consistent, so moving from Starter I to Starter X feels even. Once you cross into a new tier, that gap steps up, and this repeats all the way to the top.
