To be transparent, we generally can't solve payment issues ourselves π
However, it's good for us to be aware of when they're impacting you - and we can help point you in the right direction for people who would be able to help. Usually, this would be the support team for whichever platform you're using FitXR on (either Meta or Pico).
Why can't you fix it?
Payments on each platform are controlled by the platform themselves (which is why your FitXR subscription will show up as either Meta or Pico on your statement). Unfortunately, we're not granted access to those payment systems - so we can't troubleshoot, and we're not able to help with things like refunds.
So what do I do? π€
If you're receiving an error message when you try to sign up for FitXR membership, please do still reach out to us on Support@fitxr.com.
It's not always a platform issue, and if it's something on our side that we're aware of then we'll have a workaround in place. And if we determine the issue is something on the platform side, then we'll help guide you in the right direction to contact their support.
