FitXR subscriptions are managed by the platform where you purchased your membership. To cancel, follow the steps for your device below.
🔹 Canceling on Meta Quest
1️⃣ Go to the Meta Website (https://www.meta.com)
2️⃣ Sign in to the Meta account linked to your FitXR subscription.
3️⃣ Click on your profile picture.
4️⃣ Choose the "Subscriptions" tab.
5️⃣ Find FitXR, then click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
📌 You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
🔹 Canceling on Pico
1️⃣ Open the Pico Store on your device or web browser.
2️⃣ Sign in to your account.
3️⃣ Go to "Subscriptions" under your account settings.
4️⃣ Find FitXR and select "Cancel Subscription".
❗ Important Notes
Canceling your membership does not automatically issue a refund.
You will continue to have access to FitXR until your current billing period ends.
If you change your mind, you can resubscribe at any time!
