All refund requests are handled by the device platforms.
Billing and payments are controlled by the device manufacturers. Due to this, FitXR has no visibility over your subscription payments, nor do we have access to the payment system to help directly with refund requests.
Meta Quest refunds
Refund requests for FitXR on Meta Quest devices are subject to the Meta Content Refund Policy. If you're read that and would still like to apply for a refund, you can reach out to the Meta support team using this link.
Pico refunds
Refund requests for FitXR on Pico devices are subject to the Pico Terms of Service (section 9). To ask any further questions, or enquire about a refund, you can click the envelope icon in the bottom right of the Pico website to submit a support ticket.
