FitXR is our virtual fitness platform that brings the energy of group fitness classes to your home.

We do this with three different studios; Box, Dance, and HIIT.

Box Studio

Box is our original workout studio within FitXR. These cardio-boxing workouts are inspired by the standard shadow boxing technique.

Through hitting targets with speed and accuracy and successfully manoeuvring squats and slips, these classes will help you keep fit, improve co-ordination and increase your energy levels.

Don't forget to check out our comprehensive Box Class Guide for a full rundown on what to expect.

Dance Studio

Dance workouts combines energetic and fun dance moves to create the ultimate aerobic dance class.

Through matching your trainer’s moves as you dance along to the music and score points, these classes will target your core and improve your flexibility, stamina, coordination and strength.

For all the details, be sure to head on over to our Dance Class Guide.

HIIT Studio

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training.

Our HIIT classes are designed and led by our trainers, and involve bursts of intense activity followed by short rest periods. This works to increase calorie burn and improves your agility and reaction times.

You can read more about how these classes work in the HIIT Class Guide.

Sculpt Studio

Sculpt builds on the format of our Dance Studio. You'll be mirroring the movements of your trainer avatar here too - with the goal of copying them as closely as possible.

The classes are designed to tone muscle, and build strength. Each track in the workout will focus on a specific part of the body, incorporating high repetitions, pulses, and holds to the beat.

To learn more, check out our Sculpt Class Guide.

Combat Studio

Combat is the newest studio in FitXR, which builds on our Box Studio mechanics but has a martial arts flavour to it.

You'll still be striking and dodges targets as they move toward you, but will now focus on more than just your upper body. These classes are designed to make you feel powerful, build strength, and burn calories.

Read the full rundown of what to expect in our Combat Class Guide.
