How Move Points Work
Ever wondered how Move Points (MP) are scored? In every FitXR studio, you earn Move Points by landing hits, dodging, blocking, and moving with precision. Rack up even more Move Points by hitting power targets, sustaining high combos, and maxing out the power meter.
Here’s how to score big in FitXR!
🥊 Box / Combat
- Start: 2 points per hit 
- More power = more points 
- +2 for 8+ hit combos 
- +2 for Power Cues (fiery targets) 
- Range: 3–12 points per move 
💃 Sculpt / Dance / Zumba
- Start: 5 points per move 
- Earn 1–4 stars based on accuracy 
- Points are multiplied by star rating 
- +4 for 8+ move combos 
- Range: 5–24 points per move 
🔵 HIIT
- Start: 4 points per target 
- Faster reaction = more points kept 
- +1 if you hit 100+ targets in a track

- Hit targets with power

- Smash Power Cues in Box 
- Match the instructor’s form in Dance/Sculpt/Zumba 
- React fast in HIIT
