Move Points (MP) are FitXRβs in-game scoring system designed to track your effort and performance across all workouts. The more you move, the more points you earn!
πΉ How Do I Earn Move Points?
Move Points are awarded based on your movement accuracy, power, and consistency in each workout. You can earn them by:
β Hitting targets, dodging, and blocking in Box, Combat, and HIIT.
β Performing accurate reps and movements in Sculpt, Dance, and Zumba.
β Boosting Move Points by hitting power targets, achieving higher streaks, and scoring well on the power meter.

π Champion β 150,000 - 400,000 MP
