You can capture screenshots and videos on your headset to save your favorite moments, track your progress, or share your workouts. Follow the steps below for Meta Quest and Pico headsets.
📸 Taking Screenshots on Meta Quest
Option 1: Using the Meta Button
1️⃣ Hold the Meta button (⭘) on your right controller.
2️⃣ Quickly press the trigger button while holding the Meta button.
3️⃣ A screenshot confirmation will appear, and the image will be saved in your Meta Gallery.
Option 2: Using the Quick Menu
1️⃣ Press the Meta button (⭘) to open the universal menu.
2️⃣ Select the "Camera" icon.
3️⃣ Choose "Take Photo", and the image will be saved.

Option 1: Using the Meta Button and Trigger
1️⃣ Hold the Meta button (⭘) on your right controller.
2️⃣ While holding the Meta button, hold the trigger button to start recording.
3️⃣ A red recording dot will appear, confirming that you are recording.
4️⃣ To stop recording, hold the Meta button and hold the trigger button again.
Option 2: Using the Quick Menu
1️⃣ Press the Meta button (⭘) to open the universal menu.
2️⃣ Select the "Camera" icon.
3️⃣ Choose "Record Video" to start recording.
4️⃣ To stop recording, press the Meta button, open the camera menu, and select "Stop Recording".
📌 Microphone audio recording can be enabled in the Camera settings if you want to include voice or game sounds.

1️⃣ Hold the Home button on your controller.
2️⃣ While holding the button, quickly press the trigger button.
3️⃣ A screenshot confirmation will appear, and the image will be saved.
🎥 Recording Videos on Pico Headsets
1️⃣ Press the Home button to open the menu.
2️⃣ Select the "Camera" option.
3️⃣ Choose "Record Video" to start recording.
4️⃣ To stop recording, open the menu and select "Stop Recording".
