How Do I Create & Manage My FitXR Profile(s) on My Account?

FitXR allows you to create and manage up to 5 profiles under one account, making it easy for different users to track their own progress, stats, and achievements.

🔹 Updating an Existing Profile

1️⃣ From the Home Screen, navigate to Settings.
2️⃣ Select Profile to edit your profile information.
3️⃣ Equip your avatar with any new swag you’ve unlocked.

🔹 Switching Profiles or Creating a New Profile

1️⃣ Click the "Edit" icon next to your avatar headshot.
2️⃣ Select an existing profile or choose "Create New Profile".
3️⃣ Follow the prompts to set up a new profile.

📌 Each profile has its own Move Points, workout history, and preferences.

🔹 Deleting a Profile

If you need to delete a profile, please contact FitXR Support at support@fitxr.com.

❗ Important Notes

You can have up to 5 profiles per account.
Only one headset can be logged into a FitXR account at a time.
Multiplayer cannot be played with different profiles under the same FitXR account.
Profiles are tied to your FitXR account, not your Meta account.
Each profile has independent stats, progress, and avatar customizations.
