I've got a code, how do I join a multiplayer session?

Working out with friends is just a few clicks away.

If a friend has sent you a FitXR room code, you'll be able to join them in a private lobby, chat, and workout together. All you need to do is:

  1. From your Home View, select the Multiplayer tab

  2. Click the ‘Room Code’ box

  3. Enter the 6 digit code you’ve been given and then “Join Lobby"

  4. You’ll then be sent to a private lobby where you can chat with each other

  5. When everyone has arrived and pressed ‘Start Class’, the workout will begin!

Remember, everyone needs to have access to the workout you're trying to play in multiplayer - and be using a version of FitXR that the class is compatible with.

So for example:

  • If you are a Legacy user of FitXR without a Membership, you will only be able to enter multiplayer classes for workouts that you own

  • If you've not updated FitXR on your Quest for a while, but you're trying to play a brand new class, you may be asked to update before you can enter - otherwise some of the new additions won't work 😊
