You can, but depending on the platform you'll need to be mindful of which classes you use.

Most of the classes in the FitXR workout library contain licensed music. The use of these classes on streaming services would be subject to the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act), which governs the use and monetisation of copyrighted or licensed materials.

Some services (such as YouTube and TikTok) provide content moderation tools that will allow you to declare copyrighted content as part of your uploads - meaning the rightful owners can make direct monetisation claims without your uploads being affected.

However, one to be conscious of is that Twitch do not currently offer this service, meaning that if you were to stream your workouts with original audio there then you may be subject to a DMCA strike (unauthorised use of copyrighted materials), which can lead to you or your channel being penalised.

A small selection of workouts contain royalty free tracks from the Epidemic music library. These classes can be streamed without issue:

  • C'est La Vie

  • Red Lights

  • Incredible

  • Reputation

  • Second Chances

  • Shine a Little

  • Alright Come On

  • Unspoken

  • Hyper Drive

  • Heard The Stars
