We want to provide more constructive feedback on how you're doing during your Dance workouts.
You may have noticed that the feedback you get during your Dance sessions has changed slightly. As well as becoming more dynamic throughout the class, and less repetitive, we've aimed to add some feedback that gives you guidance on how to improve - and maximise your performance.

For example, if you're struggling to find the rhythm, we'll remind you to stick to the beat rather than just saying "Okay". We'll also now score your movements using a measurement of stars, ranging from 1 to 4. With this, you'll have a clearer understanding of how close you are to the movement being demonstrated by your trainer.
