Quickly disconnect your mobile app from your FitXR profile on your Quest headset.

Once you have a device connected to your FitXR profile, you'll find it listed by going to Settings, then Profile, and finally Companion App.

From here, all you need to do is select the "Unpair device" option, and then confirm your selection on the popup that appears.
