No you don't, and you'll have a wealth of content without it.

If you purchased the FitXR app before 15th April 2021 - you would be considered a "Legacy user". As part of that, FitXR have made the following commitments to uphold your experience:

  • You'll retain access to all base content that you owned as part of your FitXR purchase

  • All previously purchasable DLC classes are now free for all Legacy users

  • Once every 6 months, you'll receive a collection of at least 6 new classes

  • We've redesigned our Home View to minimise your exposure to mentions of the subscription service

  • You'll still receive app updates, new environments, and other improvements

If you're unsure if you have access to the right amount of content, please feel free to drop us an email and we can check in on your account from our side.

Just send an email to support@fitxr.com, confirming the email address linked to your FitXR account. So you're aware, we may ask for evidence of your purchase - but we'll explain that if it's needed.
