What is Dance?

In our Dance studio, our trainers will guide you through full-body dance workouts that combine energetic and fun dance moves, all centered around aerobic cardio.

Through copying your trainer's moves as you dance along to the music and score points, these classes will target your core and improve your flexibility, stamina, coordination and strength.
