Setting Up Bol.com Customer Service with FiveX

  1. To connect your Bol.com customer service to FiveX, you'll need to use a special email address that acts as a bridge between the two platforms. Navigate to your FiveX dashboard and locate this email address under API SettingsEmail Settings. Once there, you'll see a dedicated FiveX email address specifically generated for your account. Copy this email address carefully (use Ctrl+C on Windows or Cmd+C on Mac) as you'll need to add it to your Bol.com account settings in the next steps.


  2. After adding the FiveX email address to your Bol.com account, we need to contact Bol.com's technical support team to ensure the integration is properly enabled on their end. This is a crucial step as Bol.com needs to authorize the email forwarding for security reasons. Please reach out to Bol.com support and request activation of the email forwarding feature for your seller account. Once you receive confirmation from Bol.com that the customer communications are successfully routing through the FiveX email address, your integration will be fully operational. This process typically takes 1-2 business days to complete.


  3. Once the setup is complete and Bol.com has confirmed the activation, all customer messages sent to your Bol.com account will automatically appear on the FiveX support page. You'll be able to view, manage, and respond to all customer inquiries directly from your FiveX dashboard, streamlining your customer service workflow. The messages will be organized chronologically, with the most recent inquiries appearing at the top of your support queue for easy access and timely responses.
