How can I cancel my FiveX membership?

Membership cancellation - Stepwise Guide

We’re sorry to see you go, but if you’ve decided to cancel your FiveX subscription, here’s a quick guide to help you through the process. Please follow these steps carefully to ensure your cancellation is successful.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription:

1. Go to Your Profile:
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of your FiveX dashboard.

2. Navigate to Subscription Settings:
From the dropdown menu, select "Subscription."

3. Click on the Subscription Button:
Find the "subscription button" listed next to your company name and click on it.

4. Cancel the Subscription:
Select "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions.

5. Provide a Reason:
You’ll be asked to share a reason for cancellation—this helps us improve.

6. Save Your Changes:
Click "Save" to confirm and complete the cancellation process.

Important Notes:

  • Once your subscription is cancelled, all your data will be permanently deleted.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the cancellation is completed correctly.
