How to Retrieve Missing Orders?

At FiveX, we understand how critical it is to have accurate and up-to-date order data. Occasionally, due to API delays or syncing issues, some orders may not reflect in your dashboard right away. To address this, we’ve introduced a new manual query feature that allows you to fetch all active orders from any connected API—quickly and easily—within an hour.

What’s New?

You can now initiate a manual sync directly from your dashboard to retrieve any potentially missing orders. This gives you more control and ensures your order data stays complete and reliable, without waiting for the next scheduled sync.

How to Use the Manual "Load Orders" Feature"

Follow these simple steps to trigger a manual order fetch:

  1. Go to Settings in your FiveX dashboard

  2. Click on API Connections

  3. Choose the API you want to load orders for

  4. Click on API Configuration

  5. Select Load Orders

  6. Click Save

Once done, the system will start fetching all active orders from the selected API within the next hour.
