The FiveX Stock Module provides an efficient way to manage inventory—from adding purchases to handling stock sent to marketplaces like Bol.com or Amazon. Follow the steps below to make the most of this feature.
1. Accessing the Stock Section
Start by navigating to the Database on the left-hand menu. From there, click on Stock to view your list of products.
2. Adding a Purchase
To record a new product purchase:
Select the desired product.
Click on Add Purchase.
Enter the Order Date and Delivery Date.
Fill in the Purchase Cost and Shipping Cost.
Click Add Purchase to complete the entry.
It is possible to add Article/Purchase description to every entry.
This helps track purchasing details and maintain accurate cost records.
3. Stock Sent to External Marketplaces
If you are sending inventory to external platforms like Bol.com or Amazon, you can also manage this in FiveX:
Click Replenish Stock for the product you are sending out.
This creates a Replenish Stock Order in FiveX, which immediately deducts the selected quantity from your own inventory.
After a few days, the external marketplace (e.g., Bol.com) will upload the inventory on their side.
Once the data becomes available, FiveX will automatically update the replenished stock through its API integration.
This dual-step process ensures your internal inventory stays accurate while preparing for future availability on third-party platforms.
Conclusion
Whether you're purchasing new stock or sending it out for replenishment, the system ensures your records stay consistent and up to date.
