Hoe kan ik mijn gegevens toevoegen aan het financiële overzicht?
Als je jouw API’s heb gekoppeld zal er direct een overzicht zijn van al jouw producten in FiveX. Zo hoef je dit niet meer handmatig te doen! Wel kun je de inkoopprijzen en de leveringskosten van jouw producten toevoegen. Zo krijg je een realistisch beeld van jouw financiële overzicht en je uiteindelijke winst. Je kunt in één bulk al deze gegevens toevoegen of per product handmatig.
In bulk jouw inkoopprijzen en verzendkosten toevoegen:
Open in de menubalk het Management
Druk op de tab producten
Selecteer de button: prijzen importeren
Eerst exporteer je een XSL bestand, hier komt dan een document met al jouw producten uit waar je achter alle inkoopprijzen en verzendkosten kan vermelden.
Sla dit excel document op op jouw computer.
Vervolgens kun je in FiveX dit bestand importeren door een bestand te kiezen.
Druk op de blauwe button ‘importeer XLS bestand’ en Voilla jouw gegevens staan in FiveX

How can I add my data to the financial overview?
If you have linked your APIs there will be an instant overview of all your products in FiveX. So you don't have to do this manually anymore! However, you can add the purchase prices and delivery costs of your products. This will give you a realistic picture of your financial overview and your final profit. You can add all this data in one bulk or manually per product.
Add your purchase prices and delivery costs in bulk:
Open Management in the menu bar
Click on the tab products
Select the button: import prices
First export an XSL file, this will generate a document with all your products to which you can add purchase prices and shipping costs.
Save this document on your computer.
Next, in FiveX you can import this file by choosing a file.
Press the blue button 'import XLS file' and voila your data are in FiveX.
Zorg ervoor dat je bij de volgende kolommen aangeeft wat erin staat;
EAN nummer
Inkoopprijs
Pick & pack kosten
---------
Make sure you fill in the following data;
EAN number
Purchase price
Pick & pack kosten
Per product jouw prijzen aanpassen:
Open in de menubalk het Management
Onder producten kun je op een product klikken
Voer de inkoopprijs in
Voeg de geselecteerde levering in
Je hoeft dit niet op te slaan, indien je een prijs wijzigt zie je direct de prijswijzigingen.

Adjust your prices per product:
In the menu bar open Management
Under products you can click on a product
Enter the purchase price
Add the selected delivery
You do not need to save this, if you change a price you will immediately see the price changes.
