How can I add my data to the financial overview?
If you have linked your APIs there will be an instant overview of all your products in FiveX. So you don't have to do this manually anymore! However, you can add the purchase prices and delivery costs of your products. This will give you a realistic picture of your financial overview and your final profit. You can add all this data in one bulk or manually per product.
Add your Purchase prices, Delivery costs & Extra cost in bulk:
Open "Settings" in the menu bar
Click on the tab "Import"
Click on complete button against the desired API connection.
First export an XSL file, this will generate a document with all your products to which you can add purchase prices, shipping costs etc.
Save this document on your computer.
Next, in FiveX you can import this file by choosing a file.
Press the blue button 'import XLS file' and voila your data are in FiveX.
Make sure you fill in the following data;
EAN number
Purchase price
Pick & pack cost
Adjust your prices per product:
In the menu bar open "Product"
Under products you can click on a product
Enter the purchase price/Shipping cost or extra cost.
Save calculation.
