Het no-reply mailadres is alleen bij een test mail van no-reply@fivex.com. Bol.com zet het om naar een versleuteld mail adres waardoor de klant dit niet te zien krijgt.

Wel kun je het correspondentie mail adres aanpassen waardoor deze op het desbetreffende mail adres aankomt als je klant antwoord geeft op de mail. Als afzender krijgt de klant dan (shopnaam) via Bol.com te zien.

The no-reply mail address is only with a test mail from no-reply@fivex.com. Bol.com converts it to an encrypted mail address so the customer will not see it.

However, you can change the correspondence mail address so that it arrives at the appropriate mail address when the customer replies to the mail. As sender the customer will then see (shop name) via Bol.com.
