  1. Ga in het FiveX portaal naar API koppelingen onder Instellingen.

  2. Onder de gekozen API zie je links boven de API status, als er geen groen vinkje staat dan worden de gegevens niet juist ingeladen en dien je de API te resetten. Indien er een groen vinkje staat dan worden alle gegevens juist ingeladen.

  3. Ga naar API configuratie.

  4. Druk op Reset API

  5. De shop zal opnieuw moeten synchroniseren. Wanneer het groene vinkje zichtbaar is, is de shop geupdate.

  1. In the FiveX portal, go to API connections under Settings.

  2. Under the chosen API you will see the API status on the top left, if there is no green check mark then the data is not loaded correctly and you need to reset the API. If there is a green check mark then all data is loaded correctly.

  3. Go to API configuration.

  4. Press Reset API

  5. The shop will have to resynchronize. When the green check mark is visible, the shop has been updated.
