Binnen FiveX is het mogelijk een directe koppeling te maken met bol.com. Deze directe koppeling geeft alle inzichten die nodig zijn om de business goed te runnen.
In dit artikel laat ik zien:
1. Hoe je een nieuwe koppeling kan maken met een bol.com verkoopaccount.
2. Hoe je de Advertising API's toevoegt.
3. Hoe je de API keys wijzigt van een bestaande koppeling
Een nieuwe koppeling toevoegen:
Instellingen > API koppelingen > Verkoopkanaal toevoegen [groene knop] > Logo bol.com
Als alle stappen goed zijn doorlopen komen we op dit scherm terecht.
Als we op de blauwe tekst 'Bol.com API settings' klikken komen we direct op de juiste pagina binnen het bol.com portaal te recht.
LET OP: zorg ervoor dat je in het gewenste verkoopaccount bent ingelogd van bol.com.
Vul de naam van de shop en het verkoopnummer van bol.com in bij de bovenste twee velden in FiveX.

Kunnen we de API Keys knippen en plakken naar de juiste velden in FiveX
LET OP: zorg dat er geen spatie meekomt tijden het kopiëren.
Voer Stap 1 & 2 uit om de volledige koppeling te maken. Zoals hieronder in de afbeelding is beschreven. Met kleuren is aangegeven welke keys in welke velden dienen te worden ingevuld
.
Door op 'toon secret' te drukken komt de Client secret naar voren in een pop-up.
Wanneer alle velden zijn ingevuld druk dan op koppelen. En de shop is succesvol gekoppeld.
Hoe je de API keys wijzigt van een bestaande koppeling
Ga naar > instellingen > API koppelingen > klik op het gewenste verkoopaccount > API configuratie
Wanneer alle stappen zijn uitgevoerd krijg je dit scherm te zien.
Druk op API keys [grijze knop]
Hier verschijnt hetzelfde veld als wanneer je een nieuwe API wilt koppelen beschreven bij: Een nieuwe koppeling toevoegen:
Voer vervolgens de stappen uit zoals hierboven beschreven.
Wanneer alle velden zijn ingevuld is de koppeling succesvol.

Within FiveX it is possible to create a direct link with bol.com. This direct link provides all the insights needed to run the business well.

To add a new link:
Settings > API Links > Add Sales Channel [green button] > Logo bol.com
If all steps are completed correctly, we arrive at this screen.
If we click on the blue text 'Bol.com API settings' we will be taken directly to the correct page within the bol.com portal.
NOTE: Make sure you are logged into the desired sales account from bol.com.
Enter the shop name and bol.com sales number in the top two fields in FiveX.

Can we cut and paste the API Keys to the appropriate fields in FiveX
NOTE: Make sure no space is included during copying.
Perform Steps 1 & 2 to create the full link. As described in the picture below. Colors indicate which keys should be entered in which fields
By pressing 'show secret' the Client secret appears in a pop-up.
When all fields are filled in press link. And the shop is successfully linked.
How to change the API keys of an existing link
Go to > settings > API connections > click on the desired sales account > API configuration
When all steps have been performed you will see this screen.
Press API keys [gray button].
Here the same field appears as when you want to link a new API described at: Add a new API connection:
Then perform the steps as described above.
When all fields are completed the connection is successful.
