In dit artikel laat ik je zien hoe je in 3 stappen jouw lidmaatschap kunt opzeggen.

Stap 1. Ga naar de instellingen van jouw lidmaatschap

Stap 2. Klik op de zwarte knop om het lidmaatschap te annuleren

Stap 3. Klik op de rode knop om jouw lidmaatschap definitief te annuleren.

Let op: het annuleren en/of het opzeggen van het lidmaatschap valt ten allen tijden onder de eigen verantwoordelijkheid vanuit de klant. Indien het niet lukt om het lidmaatschap te annuleren om welke reden dan ook, staat de support van FiveX altijd klaar om te helpen waar nodig.
Een betaling terugboeken wordt niet gezien als annulering of opzegging van het lidmaatschap.

In this article, I will show you how to cancel your membership in 3 steps.

Step 1. Go to the settings of your membership.

Step 2. Click on the black button to cancel the membership.

Step 3. Click on the red button to permanently cancel your membership.

Initiating a payment chargeback is not considered as cancellation or termination of the membership.
