Can I Receive Invoices from FiveX via Email?
Yes, you absolutely can! FiveX makes it easy for users to receive their invoices directly via email—ensuring timely and convenient access to your billing information.
How to Enable Email Invoicing in FiveX
To start receiving invoices by email, follow these simple steps:
Go to Settings in your FiveX account.
Click on Additional Settings.
Navigate to Automatic Invoicing.
Enter the Email ID where you’d like to receive invoices.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Once this is set up, all future invoices will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.
Alternative: You can also download the invoice directly from your FiveX Account.
Steps: Click on Profile Icon (Top right corner) > Choose Invoice from the dropdown menu > Download desired Invoice copy.
Important Note
Invoices will be sent from the domain no-reply@fivex.nl. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder in case the emails are filtered incorrectly, and mark the address as safe to avoid missing future invoices.
