Vanaf 1 juni 2023 zijn er wijzigingen doorgevoerd binnen bol.com betreft het uploaden en versturen van de facturen. Je kunt nu binnen FiveX gemakkelijk de optie aanzetten om de facturen automatisch te uploaden bij de bol.com koppeling.

Volg onderstaande stappen om ervoor te zorgen dat de instellingen goed staan:

Stap 1. Ga naar de API instellingen van de bol.com koppeling. Daar staat de optie 'API configuratie'. Binnen deze instelling kan je het schuifje aanzetten voor het automatisch uploaden van de facturen.

Stap 2. Heb je jouw mailcampagne(s) aanstaan inclusief een factuur in de bijlage? Dan is het van belang dat deze allemaal handmatig uitgezet dienen te worden.

Dit kan je gemakkelijk doen door het schuifje uit te zetten binnen de mailcampagne(s).

Stap 3. Zorg dat je op de hoogte bent van de vernieuwde beleidspunten vanuit bol.com.

As of June 1, 2023, changes have been implemented within bol.com regarding the uploading and sending of invoices. You can now easily enable the option to automatically upload invoices through the bol.com integration within FiveX.

Follow the steps below to ensure that the settings are configured correctly:

Step 1. Go to the API settings of the bol.com integration. There, you will find the option 'API configuration'. Within this setting, you can toggle the switch to enable automatic uploading of invoices.

Step 2. If you have any email campaign(s) running that include an invoice attachment, it is important to manually disable them all.

You can easily do this by toggling off the switch within the email campaign(s).

Step 3. Make sure you are aware of the updated policy points from bol.com.
