In this article, we explain how you can easily connect Amazon with FiveX.

To add a Amazon as a sales channel:

1. Go to Settings > API Links > Add Sales Channel [green button].

2. Select the Amazon logo.

The next step is selecting the right country. If you want to connect multiple countries, then connect the different countries separately.

Very important: you need to connect Amazon Ads separately. This will be done per region.

After selecting the right country, you will be forwarded to the Amazon portal where you need to enter your credentials and approve the connection between Amazon and FiveX.

Once this is done, you are set. The most important thing is to connect all Amazon countries and the advertising API.

After connecting all the Amazon channels, you need to connect the advertising API of Amazon. This is done per region (see printscreen).

Important to note, it will take approximately 24 hours to import the information. With Amazon, we are not able to retrieve orders from the past.

The information we get from the Amazon API includes advertising information, products, orders, commissions, FBA costs, and returns.
