Follow these steps to connect Kaufland with FiveX:
Go to your Kaufland portal [here]. Log in and retrieve your Access Token and Secret Token within Kaufland. You will find these at Shopeinstellungen > API auswählen. Generate new keys if you do not find any API tokens there.
Copy and paste the Access Token and Secret Token.
Go to Settings > API Connections > Click on the desired sales account > API Configuration.
Important to note, it will take approximately 24 hours to import the information. With Kaufland, we are not able to retrieve orders from the past.
The information we get from the Kaufland API includes products, orders, commissions, ranking and returns.
