Steps to Automate Review Requests:
Log in to FiveX 🖥️
Go to E-mail --> New Automatic Mails (click here).
Select the marketplace as channels.
Choose when the email needs to be sent - we advise around 5 to 7 days after the order.
Optional to add the invoice to the mail - we advise on adding a invoice to the mail otherwise customer could perceive teh mail as spam
Click on Edit Mail and insert text. We’ve made some ready-to-use templates with a high response rate (>7%). Click here. Feel free to copy and paste them!
Link products to the review requests.
Fill in the title.
Activate mail. 📧
For Kaufland, Mirakl, and similar platforms, we cannot send a direct review request link. Instead, insert the link to the customer login platform. The customer needs to log in, go to their order, and leave a review there. It is important to describe these instructions in the email!
