How to Use the FiveX Inventory Module ?

Do you want to import stock into FiveX? Many users do this to get a clear overview of their inventory, which provides a better perspective than Excel and saves hours of manual updates.

1. Stock Actions Available

Within FiveX, you have three different options for changing stock levels:

  • Add a Purchase: Use this when you have made a purchase and need to enter it into the system.

  • Stock Replenishment: Use this when you send stock to a marketplace (e.g., bol.com, Amazon, Kaufland) that will be added to LVB, FBA or FBK. This can also be used for B2B sales or when shipping stock to another location.

  • Write Off: Use this when you have stock items that cannot be sold anymore and need to be written off. ( Damage/Expiry/

2. How to Import Stock into FiveX

This can be done in three different ways:

Per Product

  • Go to Database -> Stock.

  • Click on a product and then click on Add Purchase, Stock Replenishment, or Write Off.

  • (See the attached picture for guidance).

  • In Bulk via FiveX

    • Go to Database -> Stock and select Add Purchase, Stock Replenishment, or Write Off.

    • Select the order and receipt/arrival date.

    • Look for the products and add the price and item for each product.

    • (See the attached pictures for guidance).

    • Then select the order and receipt/arrival data plus look for the products and add per product the price and amount of items (see print screen)

  • In Bulk via Excel

    • Go to Database -> Stock and select Import.

    • (See the attached pictures for guidance).

    • Add an Excel file using the provided template (see excel). Ensure that at least the red squared cells are filled. The yellow squared fields are optional.

      • Troubleshooting

        • Use (') before the EAN.

        • When adding the date of action and delivery date, use the format '2025-06-16' (YYYY-MM-DD)

        • When adding the excel put the language on FiveX on NL
