Adding Extra Costs
Extra costs are expenses not covered by purchasing, shipping, or return costs, such as software or storage fees.
Two ways to add extra costs per EAN:
Absolute value (e.g., €2.30 per order)
Percentage of sales price (e.g., 1%)
Bulk Import:
Download template from FiveX page
Enter costs as number or percentage
Upload spreadsheet
Individual Product:
Go to "Products", select product
Click "Adjust Calculation"
Enter extra costs (% or value)
Changes save automatically
