How FiveX Handles Returns:
When a return occurs, the returned product's revenue is added as a cost on the original order date, canceling out the order and return.
Shipping, pick, and pack costs are recorded as non-refundable return shipment costs in the system.
We recommend adding return product costs for items that can't be resold:
Most users set this at 30% of the purchasing costs
This accounts for approximately 30% of returned products that must be disposed of

A. Bulk Import:
Download the template from the FiveX page
Enter costs
Upload the spreadsheet
B. Individual Product:
Go to "Products" and select the product
Click "Adjust Calculation"
Enter return product costs
Changes save automatically
