As each FIZO product is custom 3D-printed to your specifications, we generally cannot accept returns. Exceptions are made only for significant quality defects – please provide photos/video evidence and retain original packaging.
We offer one free exchange if the size isn't right for you. We'll cover the shipping costs – simply return the unworn product in its original packaging to our US warehouse.
