How to customise Flamelink for your CMS users and clients with our Theming & Branding feature

What does Theming & Branding offer me?

Theming & Branding allows you to customise the default Flamelink colours and logo to suit your or your clients brand for a more tailored experience.
​Theming: Customisation of colours, is available on all of the paid subscriptions, and Branding: Customising your logo, company name & email, is available on our Wildfire plan.

Theming and branding can be combined with the Direct Project Login feature to give your users a near white-labelled experience.



Navigating to Theming & Branding

Navigation to Theming & Branding is only possible for Project Owners.

Select "Theming & Branding" from under the "Account" tab

Navigating to Theming & Branding from your Dashboard.

Open the content menu for your project, and select "Manage Project", then select "Theming & Branding" from the menu.

Customising the default Theme

Under the Theme section, change the various colours options in the fields provided to your liking. You will notice the colours change in the Preview panel on the right.

Once you have customised the theme to your preference remember to "save" your changes.

Customising the default Branding

If your subscription plan allows for Branding, you should be able to change the default values.

Under the Branding section, simply update the values for the provided fields and select to "save" your updates.

Within Flamelink, you will notice the project logo is updated to use the image provided. Additionally, Flamelink will use these values (Brand Logo, Brand Name & Email along with your Theme settings) when sending out system communication emails for your project, for example, Project Invites, Project Change Notices etc.
