Supplier role on Flameplace

The Supplier role on Flameplace is designed for companies that manage the supply, logistics, and client-facing side of the order process. Suppliers act as essential intermediaries between clients, designers, agencies, and manufacturers — helping transform demand into structured, deliverable orders.

Who Is This Role For?

The Supplier role is ideal for:

  • Dealers and distributors of interior products

  • Showrooms or commercial studios that manage client orders

  • Export offices not directly affiliated with manufacturers

Suppliers operate across all market segments and help simplify the complexity of professional procurement and delivery.

Role in the Supply Chain

Suppliers serve as the bridge between demand and production:

This positioning makes the Supplier role central to real project execution.

Tools and Capabilities

Suppliers have access to a wide range of professional tools:

  • Stock Showcase – display available products for immediate order

  • Project Studio – create or co-manage client and B2B projects

    • Request proformas from manufacturers (Back Office)

    • Generate final client documentation, including offers and packing lists (Front Office)

  • Portfolio – publish projects where the Supplier acted as a coordinator or integrator

  • Community – share updates, trends, and events

  • Messenger – coordinate workflows with clients and manufacturers in real time

Flexible Collaboration

In addition to their supply and coordination role, Suppliers can also act as Designers — offering design services through in-house specialists or collaborating with outsourced professionals. This mirrors common real-world scenarios, where showrooms or studios guide clients from concept to execution. In such cases, the Supplier will appear in both the Supplier and Designer categories. The company's primary and secondary specializations can be specified in the company settings.

Suppliers can:

  • Be invited to join client or designer projects

  • Act independently to initiate and manage full-scope orders

  • Request pricing from multiple brands and coordinate consolidated shipments

  • Enter into partnerships with other companies and be assigned as an Official Partner or Exclusive Distributor

  • When granted exclusive distribution rights, be automatically assigned to projects created within the corresponding territory

  • Create and manage branches under the same personal account to operate in different regions or markets

They play a critical role in simplifying cross-brand procurement and communication.

Trust and Visibility

Suppliers can enhance their visibility by:

  • Building a strong company page

  • Forming strategic partnerships with brands and agencies

  • Publishing realized projects and case studies

As trusted intermediaries, Suppliers often become the client’s main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

💎 The Supplier role on Flameplace reflects the real-world complexity of logistics, pricing, and client service — all within one coordinated digital environment.
