✨ What is the Studio?

The Studio is Flameplace’s visual workspace designed for creating, structuring, and showcasing your interior design projects. Unlike the Office, which focuses on spreadsheets and numbers, the Studio is all about design, visuals, and assembling curated selections of items. It’s your creative space to bring interior concepts to life.


🚀 Why Use the Studio?

Forget static presentations and endless file versions. With the Studio, you can:

  • Build and structure a project — break down your project into individual rooms or zones for easier management.

  • Add items from multiple sources — select products directly from your own catalog, stock, or the shared Content Library.

  • Use your Favorites — quickly access and add items you've saved to Favorites.

  • Share projects with clients or partners — generate a shareable link that keeps your client updated in real-time without needing to export dozens of presentations.

  • Collaborate in real time — invite a designer (must have a PLUS plan or higher) to co-create and refine the project together.

  • Manage revisions — create and manage different versions (revisions) of the same project, each with its own unique content and documents.

Once you’ve finalized the design phase, you can easily switch to the Office to handle the commercial part of the project — generating offers, documentation, and follow-ups.


🗂️ Structuring Your Project

Projects in the Studio can be structured into rooms or zones, making it easy to:

  • Organize items by space (e.g. living room, kitchen, bathroom)

  • Assign items from your catalog, stock, or Content Library

  • Save and preview changes instantly

This structure helps you keep even the most complex projects organized and ready to present.


🔗 Sharing and Collaboration

No more exporting dozens of versions or chasing the latest update! With the Studio Editor:

  • Generate a shareable link to your project — your client or partner will always see the latest changes, live and in real time.

  • Invite a designer with a PLUS plan or higher to collaborate — work together to refine the project visually.


📝 Revisions

Need different versions of the same project? The Studio lets you:

  • Create multiple revisions of the same project, each with unique content and product selections.

  • Easily switch between revisions to compare options or finalize details.

  • Each revision of a project can have its own dedicated documentation, making it easier to manage changes and finalize offers.

Each revision can be exported to the Office for documentation and offer preparation.


🔒 Who Can Access the Studio?

The Studio is available to all roles during the PRO trial period, but full features — including collaboration and revisions — require a PLUS plan or higher.
