The Project Presentation Sharing feature in Flameplace Studio is designed to help you collaborate effortlessly with partners, clients, and team members. Whether you're showcasing your design concept, presenting a product layout, or sharing project progress, this feature allows you to grant access to an interactive project presentation in just a few clicks.
🔍 Why Share a Project Presentation?
Forget static documents or lengthy PDFs. With Studio’s sharing feature, you can:
Create dynamic, interactive presentations of your project’s rooms and items.
Offer a clear overview of your design, from the main hall to dining and living rooms.
Enable clients and partners to explore your project independently—anytime, anywhere.
🔗 How to Share a Project Presentation
Locate the Share Button: On the Project Page, click the Share button or open the project’s interaction menu and select Share project.
Open Access Control: A modal window will appear where you can toggle the switch to open access via link. This enables others to view the project presentation.
Choose How to Share: Once access is granted, you can:
Send the link directly to recent chats in Flameplace Messenger.
Share via external messengers like WhatsApp, Telegram, or WeChat.
Send the link via email or simply copy it for any other sharing method.
Deactivate Access Anytime: If you want to revoke access, simply toggle the switch again - access will be instantly removed.
🗂️ What Users See with the Link
When recipients open the shared link, they’ll see an interactive project presentation:
They can browse rooms and explore items in each space.
Use filters to display items by type - furniture, lighting, textiles, and more.
This interactive view ensures a modern, engaging presentation that’s easy to navigate and understand.
🔒 Privacy and Control
Sharing a project presentation gives you full control:
Toggle link access on/off whenever you need to.
Decide who can see the presentation - send it only to those you trust.
Stop sharing at any time to maintain confidentiality.
