🖊️ Editing and Organizing Portfolio Content

You can modify any element in your portfolio at any time. The following actions are available via the three-dot ⋮ menu or icons:

  • Edit — Change project or room titles, descriptions, tags, and more

  • Hide/Show — Temporarily remove or restore projects from public view

  • Delete — Remove a project or room completely (this action is irreversible)

Images can be managed within rooms:

  • Delete Image — Click the ❌ icon on a thumbnail to remove it

  • Edit Description — Use the pencil icon ✏️ below the image to update its annotation

⚠️ Deleting an image will also remove its associated notes.

🔳 Visibility Management

Only entire projects can be hidden or shown using the ⋮ menu. This helps keep in-progress or confidential work out of public access while still being editable inside your workspace.

Rooms and images are always visible as long as the project is published.

Pro tip: Keep your portfolio up to date to reflect your latest work and maintain trust with new clients.
