Managing Posts: Edit, Organize, and Publish

This guide shows how to edit, hide, or delete your posts and manage their visibility across Flameplace.

🛠 Post Management Options

Once a post is created, you can manage it directly from its individual page. Open the post you want to manage, then click on the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper-right corner of the post interface. From there, you can:

  • ✏️ Edit Post — Reopen the post in the Post Editor to update content, change the type, or adjust formatting

  • 👁️ Hide or Show Post — Temporarily unpublish or republish your post. The current visibility is indicated by the eye icon:

    • Open eye = Visible

    • Crossed-out eye = Hidden

  • 🗑️ Delete Post — Permanently remove the post from Flameplace (requires confirmation)

Use these controls to keep your content accurate and up to date as your company evolves.

Hiding a post removes it from public view without deleting it, allowing you to restore it later if needed.

Maintaining an up-to-date content presence is key to ongoing engagement. Use the Post Editor and management tools to:

  • Keep clients informed of changes

  • Promote seasonal events and launches

  • Share insights that position your team as experts

  • Organize content for easy navigation and discovery

Regularly review your post list to ensure accuracy and alignment with your communication goals.
