Zoho CRM Authorization Failure

"An error occurred. Failed to login with the provided credentials: WEB_LOGIN_REQUIRED"

This error is caused by the fact that Flatly cannot facilitate the 2-Factor Authentication step provided by Zoho CRM.

You do NOT need to disable 2-Factor Authentication in Zoho CRM.


Setup an app-specific password for Flatly as outlined in these Zoho CRM docs under "In the Two Factor Authentication page, click on the Manage Application Specific Passwords"
