Sometimes Data Source or Destination APIs don't correctly handle errors, and can only report to Flatly something vague like "Internal Error".

These errors simply mean something went wrong in that third-party app's server or API.
Usually, these errors resolve on their own after some time has passed (usually minutes, not hours).
