To disconnect from Xero click on the Disconnect (company name) button at the Source Authorized step:

Note:  This will disconnect Xero from ALL your Flatly jobs.  Coming in Q3 2020 Flatly will offer the ability to disconnect Xero from a single job or ALL jobs.
