SFTP via SSH is available to clients who want to sync data securely to remote servers using a secure SSH connection.

SFTP or FTPS, what's the difference?

SFTP and FTPS are completely different protocols, despite the similar names. The IT industry unfortunately has adopted protocol names in an extremely confusing way.

Adding to the confusion, both protocols take similar inputs (ports, password, etc.)

SFTP uses an SSH connection whereas FTP over SSL uses an FTP connection.

Ask your IT admin exactly which is protocol you need, then select the right Data Destination in your job's settings.
