After authorizing Gusto in Flatly, follow theses steps:

  1. Select your Data Set from the Data to Flatten setting box on the left side of the page.

  2. Flatly will automatically name your filename based on your Data Set selection (example: Employees.csv), and you can change it to be more useful for your purposes by clicking on the Filename setting at right. Press enter when done.

  3. To start, skip the Advanced Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page.

  4. Click on "Flatten Employees" Once.

  5. If your Data Destination supports it, Flatly will provide a quicklaunch icon below. Click it to travel to your cloud storage drive, where you will find your Employees.csv file waiting.

  6. If you are satisfied with the contents of that flat file, return to Flatly and click "Flatten Daily".

  7. Done.
