Do you need Flatly?
This guide is designed to help anyone continuously export (i.e. "sync") data from HubSpot Service Hub.
If you only need to export your data one time, check the website of HubSpot Service Hub to see if their service offers a one-time export feature natively.
But, in some cases, the app's native export feature may not include all of the data sets you need, in which case Flatly is the solution.
What is Flatly?
Flatly is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) that replicates business data as flat files (CSV, XLSX, or Sheets) in cloud storage. The service can be configured through a set of "jobs" or "job settings" which control the replication and syncing of data. Once a job is set to run, Flatly runs as an invisible background service.
3 Simple Steps
Step 1: Start a Free Trial
Step 2: Set up your HubSpot Service Hub Sync
Choose HubSpot Service Hub as your Data Source.
Use the dropdown menu to select HubSpot Service Hub. You can also just start typing HubSpot Service Hub to make this step faster.
Next, Flatly needs a place to send your data. Since Flatly does not have access to your desktop, you will need to use a cloud based service like Google Sheets.
If you do prefer to work from the desktop, try using a desktop app like OneDrive, Dropbox or Google Drive to sync your data from your cloud to your desktop.
For a full list of Destinations and corresponding file formats:
Authorize both your Data Source and Data Destination using the prompts in Flatly.
Select your Data Set -i.e. what data from HubSpot Service Hub you would like to sync to your Data Destination.

Flatly will automatically assign a Filename based on your Data Set selection, but you can customize this by clicking on the Filename field. Press enter or click off of the field to save your Filename.
Skip the Advanced Settings for now, you can come back to them later.
Step 3: Run your Job
To start click Flatten Once.
If Flatly provides you with an icon of Google Sheets at the bottom of the page, you can click it to jump to your Flatly-created folder in your cloud service.
Inspect your flat file. Note the Column Headings and the format of your data.
If you need to customize this data sync more, navigate back to Flatly and expand your job's Advanced Settings.
Check your Logs to see your cell counts and job outcomes
