Flatly has no influence over Plaid's ability to resolve outages. Flatly is just one of thousands of integrators all relying on Plaid's infrastructure. If Plaid is experiencing an outage with an institution, it is not constructive to request an individual ticket be opened up with Plaid. Plaid monitors all integrations' health states at all times and actively works to resolve outages.
