If an Excel file does not open after uploading to Workflow (electronic approval), please check whether the uploaded Excel file name contains square brackets ([, ]). If special characters such as square brackets are present, the file may occasionally fail to open due to an Excel error.
Please remove the square brackets from the file name, save it, and try uploading again!
