flex grants annual leave according to the annual leave policy.
For employees with less than 1 year of service, proportional annual leave is calculated based on the number of days worked from the hire date and granted on the next fiscal date. The proportional annual leave calculation is as follows. Note that when converting days to hours during calculation, decimals are truncated. (15 days × employee's service days) ÷ 365
However, if an employee used monthly leave (1 day per month of perfect attendance) during the first year, the used amount is deducted from the proportional annual leave.
For employees with 1 year or more of service, 15 days of annual leave are granted, with 1 additional day for every 2 years of service beyond 3 years (up to a maximum of 25 days).
