To create a Course Group, please click Course Groups on the left of your screen in the dark column.

Add Groups will appear to click.
Fill out the boxes and check the Active to Green. Once filled in please click Save.
Click the number under courses.
Click Assign Courses.
Click "10" to change to 100, you will then be able to scroll through all the courses we have available.
Click Add to Group.
Once you have added all courses, please scroll down to the bottom and click the Pink Close.
You can also add a renewal frequency, enter a number of months and the course will be automatically re-enrolled X months from the learner's last completion date.
Now you need to add the users. Click the Users Tab, then Add Users.
Use the same process and Adding Courses with Adding your Users.
Once you've added the users, you can click the Enrol The Group button.
If done successfully, it will change to Enrol All in Green.
